About Me
I’m a photographer based in the Balkans, working in the tradition of observational photography.
Life as an autistic person is a daily war with chaos, change, and the relentless speed of time. Photography, for me, is a way to force the world to pause — to let it come together for a moment, so I can look at it calmly. That’s why I chose observational photography: not to interfere, but to witness.
I’m not driven by inspiration in any specific sense. Sometimes, a particular crossing of lines, colors, and objects strikes with something quietly breathtaking — and I press the shutter. That’s enough.
I studied history and first photographed on a Kodak point-and-shoot in my childhood. My first DSLR came during university. Then came a long pause: family life, children. But now I’m back — and I’m not letting go of the camera.
We live in a media age that’s obsessed with emotional manipulation — endless doom on the news, curated joy in social media, pop music begging us to cry along with heartbreak. I want to step away from all of it — and offer that pause to others too. To create a space without urgency. A space where the world can simply be seen.
I share my work in hopes that it brings a moment of peace amid the chaos of modern life.
